Cosmos Business Systems contractor of the project E-Law of Cyprus Law Office

Cosmos Business Systems SA signed with the representatives of the Republic of Cyprus the contract for the E-Law project for the “Purchase of the right to use an integrated case management information system of the Legal Service of the Republic of Cyprus, worth €1,423,460 excluding VAT.
The project is being implemented by Cosmos Business Systems in collaboration with CBS IT Systems
Cyprus, a subsidiary of the Cosmos Business Systems group in Cyprus.
The purpose of the project is the introduction of a case/task management system and
office automation and the modernization of the procedures of the Legal Service of Cyprus, in order to increase the efficiency and productivity of the Service’s staff and to upgrade the quality of its work.
The objectives to be achieved are:

  • Improvement of the organization and operation of the Legal Service
  • Better management & monitoring of information/data and provision of statistical
    reports
  • Automation of tasks and workflows
  • Saving the time of the Legal Service staff and reducing the time of completion of tasks
  • Facilitating and accelerating the cooperation and communication between the Legal Service officers.

The signing of the contract was attended by Mrs. Andrianna Achilleos, Director of the Information Services Department (IST) and Mrs. Niki Paschalidou, First Administrative Officer of the Legal Service, on behalf of the Republic of Cyprus, and by Mr. Spyros Kouris, Country Manager of CBS IT Systems Cyprus, a subsidiary of the Cosmos Business Systems Group, on behalf of the contractor.
