Cosmos Business Systems is the contractor for the Development of an Integrated Information System for the European Funds Unit of the Ministry of Interior of Cyprus

Cosmos Business Systems signed a contract for the project Development of an Integrated Information System for the European Funds Unit of the Ministry of Interior of Cyprus.

The scope of the project includes:

• The development, installation and maintenance of an Integrated Information System to support and automate the operational processes that constitute the management framework of the Internal Affairs Funds.
• Procurement, configuration, interconnection, installation and maintenance of the equipment and ready-made software (system / infrastructure / applications) required for the operation of the new Information System.
• Migration of existing digital data and the selective digitization and archiving of documents (in paper form) in the database of the new System.
• Training of human resources who are expected to be the future users and administrators of the new System.
• Support for the transition of the Contracting Authority to the new work system, through the Pilot and Production Operation of the new System as well as the effective transfer of know-how to its staff.

Regarding this specific contract, the President and CEO of Cosmos Business Systems, Mr. D. Daphnis, stated:

The project is expected to be completed in 2022 and its value amounts to €477,793.00 (plus VAT).
